There are two ways to track your order. First, you should have received a confirmation email from us when your order shipped that contains a clickable tracking link to view tracking information in real time. The second method is to login to your Store389 Account and follow the instructions below:
- Log in to your Store389 account.
- Select “My Orders”
- Click on the Order# under Order History.
- Under the Product you will see fulfillment status and tracking information, along with a clickable link.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier (the United States Postal Service, FedEx, etc.) and address the issue directly with them.
Store389 does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier.
We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure that your address is fully entered and correct.
